Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Hayden Allen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Islam Mokaev!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Daniel Bishop and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mokaev tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Allen manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Mokaev tries to clinch but Allen is having none of it.
Allen manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Mokaev on his heels. He'll look to pass Mokaev's guard now, I'm sure.
Allen postures up and lands a big shot to Mokaev's brow.
Allen loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Mokaev has his foot on Allen's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Allen works his way back into a safe position though.

Mokaev is looking for a triangle but Allen pushes his legs off easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Allen content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Allen stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Mokaev throws up his legs and catches Allen in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Allen tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Mokaev! That came out of nowhere!
