The crowd seem to be enjoying Kemonito's choice of entrance music: Kemonito Entrance Music. Juan Kemonito has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

With a record of 22 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Juan Kemonito!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Craven throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Kemonito tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Craven is in Kemonito's guard.

Kemonito working for submissions but it's allowed Craven to get to half guard.
Craven is taking a breather. Kemonito says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Craven prevents Kemonito from improving his position.

Kemonito looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Craven landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Craven wants to free his trapped foot but Kemonito is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Kemonito has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it.
Craven lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Kemonito has his foot on Craven's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Craven works his way back into a safe position though.

Kemonito is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Craven defends well.
Kemonito is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Craven drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Craven jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Craven wants to control from the top but Kemonito keeps moving.

Kemonito looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Craven has picked Kemonito up and slammed him! Kemonito can't keep hold of the triangle and Craven manages to pass to side control!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Craven lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Craven working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Kemonito looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Craven! Submission of the night perhaps?

Destin Craven spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
