The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Young shoots in and gets a takedown into Menggetu's guard.

Menggetu is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Menggetu drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Young gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Menggetu tries to score a body lock takedown but Young shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

A frustrated look appears on Young's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Young has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Menggetu after a bit of a struggle.

Young has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Menggetu clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Young is looking to control Menggetu but Menggetu is wriggling around and keeping busy.

Young tries to get the hooks in deep but Menggetu pushed the leg off.
Menggetu is trying to stand back up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Young sinks in the hooks and is looking for the choke. He's got it! Menggetu taps out!
