Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Albert Einstein (ranked 117 p4p, 267 weight class) and Bradley Lemons (ranked 21 p4p, 42 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Albert Einstein!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Bradley Lemons!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Franklyn Lucas and Lou da Vinci.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Einstein takes a swing at Lemons's ribcage but misses.
Einstein misses the shot to the body.
Einstein throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Einstein looks to throw the jab but Lemons is out of range.
A little jabbing left from Lemons on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Einstein drives through with a takedown into Lemons's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

We've been hearing good reports from Einstein's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

A nice side step and Lemons releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

and Lemons counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
The fighters circle momentarily. Einstein darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
We've been informed that Lemons has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Einstein swings for the body but Lemons moves out of range.

Einstein shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Lemons napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Lemons is looking to regain half guard here but Einstein keeps moving and retains side control.
Einstein lands a nice forearm strike.
Lemons is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Einstein is looking to take a break and control but Lemons is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Einstein is trying to move to mount but Lemons reverses beautifully and ends up in Einstein's guard.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Einstein has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Lemons is sitting in close to Einstein's body. Einstein has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Lemons is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Lemons is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Einstein.
