Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rock Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bobby Carthew!
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Paul Gruel and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee tries to clinch but Carthew is having none of it.
Carthew misses with a low kick.
Lee scores with a one two! Carthew had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Lee blocks a leg kick.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Carthew with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Carthew lands an elbow that stopped Lee in his tracks for a moment.
Lee swings wildly with an uppercut but Carthew uses good head movement to avoid it.

Lee stuns Carthew with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Lee lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Lee lands with a hook. Carthew tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Lee tries to clinch but Carthew is having none of it.
Lee tries to bum rush Carthew with a series of wild strikes but Carthew uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Carthew unleashes a big counter combination but Lee bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Carthew stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Lee.
Lee goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Carthew misses with a low kick.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Rock Lee dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Carthew is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Lee.

Carthew tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Lee manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
It looked like Lee was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Lee tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Lee is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Carthew can do to turn this around?

Carthew tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lee swats him away and circles back towards the center.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lee throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Lee! Carthew is out on his feet! Lee rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Carthew is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Carthew is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
