Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Benson Beckley (ranked 4735 p4p, 24683 weight class) and Eddy Moura (ranked 389 p4p, 479 weight class). Benson Beckley is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 5 - 2 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Benson Beckley! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Eddy Moura! The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Ivan Kurochkin and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Moura tries to move into range but Beckley moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Beckley dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Beckley swings away with a body shot that misses
and Moura cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Beckley leaves Moura with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Beckley misses the shot to the body. Beckley closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Beckley is trying to trip Moura. He has hold of a leg but Moura is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Beckley persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Moura pushes Beckley off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Moura takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Moura takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Beckley swats away the attempt to clinch by Moura. Beckley ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Good exchange - Beckley coming out on top.
That's one minute gone in the round. Beckley instigates a clinch. Beckley gets a trip takedown into half guard. It looks like Beckley is going to stand back up.
Beckley prevents Moura from improving his position. Beckley is just content to waste time from the top position. Moura takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Beckley drops back, looking for a kneebar! Moura looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Moura looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Moura! Moura trying to control the position but Beckley is working away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Beckley is trying to get back to his feet. Moura trying to control the action but Beckley is working from the bottom. Beckley bucks up and tries to throw Moura off but instead Moura has got his back! Beckley trying to get back to his feet but Moura is in full control for now. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Moura is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Beckley has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Moura has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Beckley taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Moura doesn't care though - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Eddy Moura!
