Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lesley Dancer (ranked 497 p4p, 1792 weight class) and Dennis Frost (ranked 84 p4p, 240 weight class). Dennis Frost told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frost tries to clinch but Dancer moves out of range.
Frost avoids the body shot from Dancer.

Dancer throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

It looks like Dennis Frost has been cut.
Dancer connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Frost's hands.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Frost lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Dancer circles away quickly and effectively.
An attempted straight right counter from Dancer misses the target.
Frost moves to clinch but Dancer breaks away
and Dancer connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Dancer is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Dancer lands a big right hand that sends Frost crashing to the mat! Dancer stays standing though and waves Frost back to his feet!
Dancer lands a brutal uppercut that launches Frost off his feet! Frost tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
