Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Zambosurian Inday (ranked 23819 p4p, 23801 weight class) and Mmm Mmm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mmm Mmm will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 29 - 21 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Zambosurian Inday! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 9 - 42 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mmm Mmm! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Tiny Johnson and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Mmm with a lazy takedown attempt and Inday counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters. Mmm shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Inday napping and manages to drive through into side control! Inday tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Mmm wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Inday struggling a bit here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mmm is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Inday will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
That's one minute gone in the round. It looks like Mmm might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Inday struggling a bit here. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Mmm shoots in for a double leg but Inday sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Inday changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Mmm looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Mmm stuck in half guard on the bottom here. A lull in the action here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Inday tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Inday taking a breather here. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Mmm is trying to improve his position.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Inday looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Mmm bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Inday's guard.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Mmm wants to control from the top but Inday keeps moving. Mmm content to stall in guard here. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Mmm Mmm will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Mmm looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Inday is fending him off so far but Mmm persists. Nope, Inday circles away and we're back to standing. Inday appears to be looking for a big counter. Inday fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Inday looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mmm gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Inday to score an easy takedown into full guard. Mmm Mmm has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mmm is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Inday is stalling in the full guard. Mmm has control of Inday's left arm, preventing Inday from doing any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Inday is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Mmm looking for a sweep. Not yet Mmm, not yet. Mmm controls Inday momentarily but Inday frees himself. Mmm utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Zambosurian Inday dominated that second round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round! Mmm with a poor takedown and Inday counters with a takedown into side control. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Inday remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Mmm is looking to reverse the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Inday is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Mmm will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Inday is looking for a sweep. Mmm is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Inday controlling the leg, holding on to half guard. Mmm seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
