Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nils Ragnaar (ranked 1107 p4p, 2266 weight class) and Mattias Lundgren (ranked 166 p4p, 323 weight class). Ragnaar comes to the cage accompanied by Mustasch - The Wave. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 20 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Nils Ragnaar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 18 - 13 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mattias Lundgren! The judges for this bout are Chris Dean, Winston Howard and Darius Henderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ragnaar misses with a kick to the body and Lundgren counters with a nice double leg into guard. Ragnaar keeping full guard, as Lundgren tries to pass. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lundgren trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Ragnaar manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! Lundgren looking for a sweep. Not yet Lundgren, not yet. Lundgren looking to control.
Ragnaar controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lundgren trying to control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ragnaar stopping the sweep attempt from Lundgren. Lundgren working a defensive guard but Ragnaar manages to pass into side control anyway.
Lundgren tries to bench press Ragnaar off him but Ragnaar keeps the position. Lundgren has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it. Lundgren is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Ragnaar's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Lundgren is looking for a sweep. Ragnaar is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Lundgren tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Ragnaar seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Lundgren is looking to improve his position.
Lundgren wants to get back to full guard but Ragnaar has mounted him! Lundgren is looking to get to half guard. Lundgren is trying to reverse the position but instead Ragnaar has taken his back - oops!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ragnaar controls the action. Ragnaar is not going to allow Lundgren to sit and survive in this position. Ragnaar slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
Ragnaar keeps control of the position as Lundgren tries to break free.
A bit of a pause in the action here. Ragnaar controlling the positon. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Lundgren breaks Ragnaar's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Lundgren trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Ragnaar keeping moving, preventing Lundgren from controlling successfully. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Nils Ragnaar will probably get the nod. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Ragnaar swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Lundgren looks like he wants to counter punch here. Ragnaar throws a push kick but Lundgren slaps the foot to one side. Lundgren looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Ragnaar with the inside leg kick. Lundgren closes the distance and clinches up with Ragnaar, looking for a takedown. Lundgren pushes Ragnaar against the cage but Ragnaar circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Lundgren avoids a low kick by using good footwork. A low kick from Ragnaar is predictable there and Lundgren counters with a nice double leg into guard. Ragnaar pushes Lundgren off and gets back to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Ragnaar throws the left hand but Lundgren avoids the punch easily. A little jabbing left from Lundgren on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Ragnaar stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Ragnaar wants it to stay on the feet. Ragnaar lands with a hook. Lundgren tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Lundgren ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Ragnaar throws a body shot but no joy. Ragnaar looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Ragnaar misses with a jab to the body
and Lundgren counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ragnaar throws a leg kick but Lundgren sees it coming and moves out of range. Lundgren moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Ragnaar throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Ragnaar with the inside leg kick. Lundgren gets a takedown into half guard. Ragnaar has one foot on Lundgren's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Nils Ragnaar is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Ragnaar thows a leg kick but Lundgren checks it and Lundgren counters with a shoot takedown. Ragnaar fights it but they end up in guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Lundgren trying to move into half guard but instead Ragnaar has managed to sweep! Ragnaar stopping the sweep attempt from Lundgren.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lundgren pushes a forearm under Ragnaar's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Ragnaar is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:20 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Mattias Lundgren! Mattias Lundgren bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it. Nils Ragnaar spoke after the fight, saying 'Gonna Train Hard Again And Get The Next Win'.
