Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Matt Martin (ranked 4541 p4p, 4537 weight class) and Veg Eta (ranked 0 p4p, 449 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Matt Martin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Veg Eta!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Frank Dennis and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eta misses with a jab to the body
and Martin counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Eta misses the body punch
and Martin connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Veg Eta has been cut.
A nice leg kick lands there from Martin.
Eta misses with a body shot.
Martin jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Martin bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Some wild striking there from Eta.
A good leg kick by Martin.
Veg Eta seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Eta swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Eta misses with a body shot
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Eta misses with a jab to the body
and Martin counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Martin stalling away here and it's allowed Eta to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
Eta avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Martin is looking to work some ground and pound but Eta has wrist control.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Eta is on top in guard.
Eta trying to control the position from guard on top but Martin is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Eta drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Eta as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Martin screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Eta! Nice submission victory there!
