Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Everest Frank (ranked 946 p4p, 757 weight class) and Jarkko Ahola (ranked 136 p4p, 108 weight class). Frank comes to the cage accompanied by Knife Talk x Drake ft. 21 Savage x Project Pat. Jarkko Ahola has the eye of the tiger tonight.

With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jarkko Ahola!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Percy O'Donnell and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Frank shoots in looking for a takedown. Ahola tries to sprawl out of it but Frank keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Ahola manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ahola scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Frank takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Frank shoots in but no luck this time.
Ahola lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Frank closes the distance and clinches up with Ahola, looking for a takedown. Frank pushes Ahola against the cage but Ahola circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Ahola scores with a hook to the body. Frank takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Frank shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Frank was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Frank has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

Frank has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Frank sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
