Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lidio Noia (ranked 1513 p4p, 1276 weight class) and Andre Mith (ranked 229 p4p, 190 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Noia looks to throw the jab but Mith is out of range.
Mith misses with a lunging right hand
enabling Noia to counter with a crisp jab.

It looks like Andre Mith has been cut.
Mith misses with a hook
and Noia counters with a straight right hand.
Noia moves out of range of the strikes.
Noia dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Mith. That did some damage!
A slow jab from Mith misses its intended target.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A big left from Noia misses.
Mith takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Mith scores with a nice strike.

Oooooh!!! Noia has knocked Mith down with a huge combo! Noia steps away and waves a wobbly Mith back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Mith is rocked!
Noia punishes Mith's body with a nice straight punch.
Noia circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Mith to the canvas! Mith doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Noia keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
