Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, BIg Cholo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 25 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Brenon Conors!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paul Aken and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Conors fails with the takedown
and Cholo counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Cholo cracks Conors with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Cholo has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Conors to stand back up!
It looks like Brenon Conors has been cut.
Cholo definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Conors shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Cholo pinned against the cage. Cholo gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Cholo throws an uppercut from hell that sends Conors clean off his feet! He's out cold! Cholo stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). BIg Cholo!
