Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Brian Kingman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Petr Vrabec!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Bruno Lombardi and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kingman avoids the body shot from Vrabec.
Kingman cracks Vrabec with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Kingman misses the shot to the body.
Kingman steps into range and cracks Vrabec with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Vrabec flops backwards and Kingman dives into his guard looking to finish!
Vrabec is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Vrabec keeping moving, preventing Kingman from controlling successfully.
Vrabec is still in real trouble! Can Kingman finish him?
Vrabec is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Kingman content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Vrabec seems to have recovered his senses.
Vrabec has control of Kingman's left arm, preventing Kingman from doing any damage.
Vrabec tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Kingman keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Vrabec's head.
Vrabec pushes a forearm under Kingman's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Kingman is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
