And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mickey Cowan!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Ian Loll and Trevor Gratis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Albatross smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Cowan throws a left and a right that both miss
letting Albatross counter with a right hand.
Cowan lands a jab.
Albatross scores with a leg kick.
A left lands for Albatross.
Cowan uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Albatross.
Albatross rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Cowan counters with a straight right hand.
Johnny Albatross seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cowan blocks a jab.
Cowan displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Albatross throws out the jab.
Cowan throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Albatross sees it coming and avoids it easily.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Cowan looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Cowan throws a big shot that misses.
Cowan throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Cowan throws a hook to the side of Albatross's head but Albatross sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Albatross throws a lazy uppercut
and Cowan cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Cowan throws a sloppy head kick and Albatross moves out of range easily.
Good exchange - Albatross coming out on top.
Albatross misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Cowan.
Cowan appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.

Oooooh!!! Albatross has knocked Cowan down with a huge combo! Albatross steps away and waves a wobbly Cowan back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Cowan is rocked!
Albatross looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Albatross cracks Cowan with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!
