Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Luo Fang (ranked 4279 p4p, 4249 weight class) and Chaz Popizicki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fang comes to the cage accompanied by Wild Thing. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Luo Fang! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chaz Popizicki! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Tiny Johnson and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fang keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Popizicki shoots in for a takedown but Fang shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Popizicki throws a hook but Fang blocks it. Fang lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick. A swing and a miss from Popizicki. Popizicki misses with a straight left. Fang throws a counter high kick but Popizicki was just alert enough to avoid it. Popizicki throws a body shot but no joy. Fang is looking to counter with head kicks. Popizicki is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Fang. Fang quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fang slips under a jab. Popizicki throws a lazy right hand but Fang sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Popizicki closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Fang quickly recovers to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Popizicki controlling the action here. Fang has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Popizicki is working away from the top position though. Fang has hold of Popizicki's hands but Popizicki slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Popizicki maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Fang could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Popizicki has cracked it and Fang is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Popizicki!
