Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paul Renter (ranked 5787 p4p, 23595 weight class) and Ron Austin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Austin has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Trevor Gratis and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Austin bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
As Renter backs off Austin throws a huge counter combo but Renter manages to avoid it all.

Austin throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Renter was covering up waiting for the punch and Austin finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Renter manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Austin manages to get himself to full guard.
