Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Nomak (ranked 24699 p4p, 24599 weight class) and Sour Diesel (ranked 597 p4p, 548 weight class). Sour Diesel will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diesel moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Nomak throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Diesel looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Diesel misses with a wild body shot.
A punch lands to the side of Nomak 's head but he takes it in his stride.

It looks like Frank Nomak has been cut.
Nomak takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Diesel lands with a nice body kick.
Nomak tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Diesel manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Nomak walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Diesel lands a nice looking kick to the body. Nomak takes a step back to recover.
Nice defenses there by Diesel.
Nomak definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Diesel lands a head shot.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Diesel connects with a jab.
Diesel is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Nomak throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
A looping hook to the body misses from Diesel. Nomak does a little dance to reset his feet.
Nomak takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

It looks like Sour Diesel has been cut.
The fighters circle momentarily. Diesel darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Frank Nomak's cut is getting worse.
Nomak just misses with a punch to the body.
Diesel takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Diesel has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Nomak swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Diesel counters with a leg kick.

Diesel throws a right hand that Nomak ducks under and follows up with a left that Nomak also avoids with ease.
Diesel avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Nomak takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Diesel avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Diesel cracks Nomak with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Diesel connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Oh Nomak is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Diesel digs a good hook to Nomak's body.
Diesel is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Diesel lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Nomak up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Diesel from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Nomak's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
