Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johan Nilsson (ranked 2396 p4p, 4309 weight class) and Scott Clarkson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Scott Clarkson will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Johan Nilsson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Scott Clarkson! The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Ben Zyskovitsi and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nilsson closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Nilsson lands in his opponent's guard. Nilsson passes easily into side control. Nice work. Nilsson throws a strike aimed at the side of Clarkson's head but Clarkson avoids it well. Nilsson is looking to take a break and control but Clarkson is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Nilsson tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Clarkson defending against the ground and pound. Nilsson cracks Clarkson with an elbow. That is naaassty. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nilsson prevents Clarkson from escaping the position. You can see the frustration on Clarkson's face as Nilsson controls the position. Clarkson defending against the ground and pound. That's one minute gone in the round. Nilsson scoring with punches and elbows. Nilsson lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Nilsson wants to control but Clarkson is keeping him busy. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Clarkson can do anything to dispel that myth. Nilsson works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Clarkson taking a bit of punishment here - Nilsson scoring with strikes. Clarkson avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Nilsson. Nilsson wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Clarkson, who protects the arm well. Nilsson trying to control the position but Clarkson is working away. Nilsson moves into full mount! Clarkson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Nilsson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nilsson can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Clarkson is looking to escape. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Nilsson fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Nilsson breaks from Clarkson's wrist control and lands an elbow. Nilsson looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Nilsson looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Clarkson covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
