And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 10 wins and 3 losses; Tyron Scott! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Alan Glass and Daniel Franklin.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. Barnes moves into the clinch. Barnes goes for a takedown attempt but Scott pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Barnes gets caught flat footed, as Scott shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Barnes has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Scott has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Barnes's body.
Scott tries to get the hooks in deep but Barnes pushed the leg off. Scott controlling well, preventing Barnes from escaping the position.
Barnes prevents Scott from getting a body triangle. Scott keeps control of the position as Barnes tries to break free.
Scott has good solid back control here.
