Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Simo Halli (ranked 971 p4p, 466 weight class) and Bora Khan (ranked 148 p4p, 74 weight class). Khan has chosen Tim McGraw - Live Like You Were Dying as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

With a record of 12 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bora Khan!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Halli shoots for a takedown but Khan saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Halli.

Khan has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Khan uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Halli has time to react.

Khan fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Halli manages to avoid it.

We've been hearing that Halli has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Khan's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Khan stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Halli swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Khan controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
