Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Vrej Nazaryan (ranked 22109 p4p, 2394 weight class) and Verney Lapierre (ranked 558 p4p, 299 weight class). Nazaryan comes to the cage accompanied by DVBBS & Borgeous - Tsunami. Lapierre has chosen Sugar as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 39 - 50 - 1, fighting out of New York, Vrej Nazaryan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Verney Lapierre!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Richard Clark and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lapierre fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Nazaryan to the ground. Lapierre is now in Nazaryan's guard.
Lapierre wants to control from the top but Nazaryan keeps moving.
Lapierre is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lapierre drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Lapierre seems to have locked his on tight now - Nazaryan screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Lapierre, as he picks up the win!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kneebar). Verney Lapierre!
A relieved looking Verney Lapierre thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
