Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Thor White!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Osiris Maharajah!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Ian Loll and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
White lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Maharajah defending well as White loads up on a big left hand.
Maharajah listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Maharajah throws a body punch but White moves out of range.
White takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Maharajah moves into range and clinches up with White.
White manages to pull guard.
Maharajah loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Maharajah lands a couple of elbows.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Maharajah avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Maharajah chips away with some ground and pound.
Maharajah is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Let's hope that Maharajah has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
White is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Maharajah frees his head nicely. Oh but White has switched to an armbar! Maharajah is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
