Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fábio Araújo (ranked 2450 p4p, 2072 weight class) and Davon Davis (ranked 352 p4p, 306 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Fábio Araújo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Davon Davis!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Joseph Jones and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis slips a straight right by Araújo.
Davis jabbing away but nothing is landing.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Araújo crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Davis - the referee stops the clock and Araújo gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Davis. Araújo manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Well Davis has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
