Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Lee (ranked 2420 p4p, 2658 weight class) and Anabolic Asteroid (ranked 300 p4p, 324 weight class). Asteroid has chosen For Heavy Metal we will die! as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bruce Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Anabolic Asteroid!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Glass and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee lands a right hook to the body.
Lee moves into the clinch successfully.
Asteroid told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight.
Lee tries to circle away but Asteroid has him pinned against the cage.
With the fighters up against the cage, Asteroid throws an elbow but misses.
Lee pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Asteroid looks to land a combination. Lee sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Asteroid throws a hook to the side of Lee's head but Lee sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Anabolic Asteroid seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Asteroid in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.
