Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Moe Lester (ranked 1440 p4p, 1140 weight class) and Vinicius Verreira (ranked 195 p4p, 158 weight class). Lester comes to the cage accompanied by Get Back - Ludacris. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Moe Lester!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Vinicius Verreira!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Verreira shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
enabling Lester to counter with a crisp jab.
Verreira throws a right hand that misses
and Lester counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Lester avoids the body shot from Verreira.
Vinicius Verreira seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Verreira throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Verreira is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Lester's half guard.
Lester moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Verreira throwing strikes but missing.
Lester is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Let's hope that Verreira has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Verreira tries to get to full guard but Lester has control of the leg.
Verreira is looking to control Lester's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Verreira avoid being mounted?
Verreira is pressing down on Lester's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Verreira is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lester got a little sloppy there for a moment and Verreira has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Lester has managed to get both his arms back between Verreira's legs - danger averted.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Verreira holds on and takes a little breather.

Verreira shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Lester as he avoids it easily.

Lester swings for the body but Verreira moves out of range.
Verreira steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Lester.

Verreira shoots for a double leg takedown but Lester sprawls well. He's pushed Verreira's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
We've been told by Lester's head coaches at The Nonce Hunters that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Moe Lester has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vinicius Verreira.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Lester keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Lester uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Verreira.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
No joy there for Verreira, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
A big right from Lester misses.
Verreira throws a counter combo.
Verreira throws a big shot that misses.
Lester misses with a looping right.
Lester's jab looks to have found its range, popping Verreira under the eye.
Lester throws a series of punches but Verreira avoids them all with ease.

and Lester counters with a straight right hand.
Verreira takes a body punch but keeps moving.

and Lester counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Verreira is rocked!
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Moe Lester dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Verreira misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
A little feinted left hand from Lester on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Verreira throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Lester lands with an uppercut that bounces Verreira off the cage and back into range.
Verreira is still on wobbly legs! Can Lester finish him?
Lester misses with a hook.
A looping hook to the body misses from Verreira. Lester does a little dance to reset his feet.
Lester connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
A jab from Verreira does it's job there.
Lester darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Verreira's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Lester before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:35 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Moe Lester!
A relieved looking Moe Lester thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
