Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Balder Rasmussen!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Daniel Franklin and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thornton lands a jab to the head.
It looks like Balder Rasmussen has been cut.
Thornton definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Thornton tries to close the distance and clinch up but Rasmussen swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Thornton lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Thornton sends Rasmussen crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Thornton is motioning to the referee to let Rasmussen up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Rasmussen is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Thornton fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Rasmussen out cold! Brutal finish!
