Coming up we have a welterweight kickboxing rules bout between Chanthaphone Southanouvong (ranked 2055 p4p, 2393 weight class) and Iaspero Yalixqua (ranked 275 p4p, 322 weight class). Southanouvong comes to the ring accompanied by Y-U- Smilin. Yalixqua has chosen Stop This Flame as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. Yalixqua tries a quick counter leg kick but Southanouvong is wise to it.

Southanouvong walks into a straight right hand and goes down! Yalixqua rushes to a neutral corner so the count doesn't get delayed but Southanouvong has made it back to his feet on 5. He's OK so we're back to the action.

Yalixqua has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Southanouvong looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Nice uppercut lands for Yalixqua. That snapped Southanouvong's head back.

Iaspero Yalixqua spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
