The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mawma uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Dye.
Mawma slips under a jab from Dye.
Dye misses with a lunging right hand
and Mawma counters with a slapping leg kick.
Dye chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Mawma can pounce on him.
Dye tries to bum rush Mawma with a series of wild strikes but Mawma uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Dye drops his hands momentarily and Mawma takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Dye fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mawma manages to avoid it.
Mawma throws a leg kick which misses Dye's front leg but catches the back leg as Dye tries to avoid it.
Dye lands a jab to the head.

It looks like Joseph Mawma has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dye misses with the combination.
Dye moves out of range of the strikes.
Dye takes a swing at Mawma's ribcage but misses.
Dye backing away here, and Mawma unleashes a leg kick that just misses.

Mawma moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

Dye cracks Mawma with an open hand slap.

Dye swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Mawma feints the counter takedown.
Dye throws a looping overhand right but Mawma ducks down to avoid it.

Mawma looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Dye throws a shot from downtown. Mawma moves away and avoids it.

Dye throws a hook to the side of Mawma's head but Mawma sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Dye Throws a clean left jab. Dye Twirls his body and connects with a Spinning Back Fist that connects flush with Mawma's chin! Mawma crumbles to the ground and Dye follows up with some unanswered strikes. It's all over!! Nice standup skills displayed by Dye!
