Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Needno Badges (ranked 1234 p4p, 1109 weight class) and Ralph Hall (ranked 173 p4p, 154 weight class). Hall has chosen Pinball Wizard as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Needno Badges could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Ralph Hall's chin.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 8 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ralph Hall!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, William Gold and Donald Grub.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hall clinches with his opponent.
Hall tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Badges smiles and moves away.
Badges pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Hall swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Hall avoids the body shot from Badges.
Badges ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hall moves away.
Hall throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Hall scores with a jab to the body.
Hall lands with a good body shot.
Hall's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Badges connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Hall scrambles back to his feet.
Badges is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hall.
Hall takes one to the side of the head.
Badges tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Hall paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Hall avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Hall fails with a takedown attempt.
Badges takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Hall misses with a hook. Badges ducked under it nicely.
Badges waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Hall.
Hall moves away from the strike by Badges.
Badges keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Needno Badges is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Hall takes a swing at Badges's ribcage but misses.
Hall lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Badges throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Badges ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hall moves away.
Hall throws out a powerful jab.
Badges scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Badges uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hall.
Badges avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Badges takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

so Hall counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Hall drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Badges dives on top into guard.

Hall is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Hall looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Badges is defending well. Hall quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Badges has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Hall celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

A very excited looking Ralph Hall rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
