Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jake Peterson (ranked 4686 p4p, 2445 weight class) and Carlton Smithers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Peterson comes into the arena with Berzerk by Eminem blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Carlton Smithers!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Steve Erwin and Chris Dean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peterson looks for a takedown but Smithers sprawls well.
Smithers is looking for the big counter here.
Smithers lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
It looks like Jake Peterson has been cut.
Peterson misses with a takedown attempt
and Smithers counters with a nice right hand that sends Peterson toppling to the canvas! Peterson scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Smithers finish him?!
Smithers dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Peterson is breathing heavily.

Smithers lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Peterson at a distance.
Smithers wobbles Peterson with a right hand and the left hook that follows puts him on his rear! Smithers dives in with a huge flying punch that connects right on the button and puts Peterson to sleep! - What a violent and spectacular finish!
