Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jarrod Beard (ranked 3312 p4p, 2545 weight class) and Bigi Boi Chai (ranked 375 p4p, 306 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jarrod Beard!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Bigi Boi Chai!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Roosa Järviläinen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beard takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Chai misses with a wild combination.
Beard looks to throw the jab but Chai is out of range.
Chai takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Chai lands with a nice body punch.
Beard lands with a hook. Chai tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Beard uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Chai.
Chai lands a big head kick that sends Beard tumbling to the mat! Chai takes a step backwards and waves Beard back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Jarrod Beard has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Beard.
Beard throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Beard swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Beard is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Chai doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Beard crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Beard's bad books for that mishap!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Bigi Boi Chai!
