Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lasse Savisto!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 30 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bledge Stevenson!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Paul Aken and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Savisto waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Stevenson.
Savisto connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Savisto cracks Stevenson with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Savisto has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Stevenson to stand back up!
Stevenson is rocked!
Stevenson switches off momentarily and Savisto cracks him with a monster right hand! Stevenson topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Savisto dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Savisto!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Lasse Savisto!
After winning the bout, Lasse Savisto thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
