Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Herschel Mackintosh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jamie Ruxpin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ruxpin is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Teddy Ruxpin Theme Song. Herschel Mackintosh is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Paulo Santos and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ruxpin avoids the body shot from Mackintosh.

Mackintosh shoots in but Ruxpin avoids the takedown attempt easily.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Mackintosh closes the distance and clinches up with Ruxpin, looking for a takedown. Mackintosh pushes Ruxpin against the cage but Ruxpin circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Mackintosh changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Ruxpin looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Ruxpin is trying to improve his position.
Mackintosh looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Ruxpin holds on to Mackintosh's head and controls the position momentarily.

Mackintosh is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Ruxpin knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Mackintosh goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Ruxpin has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Mackintosh but great work by Ruxpin.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Ruxpin is looking to advance position but Mackintosh won't allow it.

Mackintosh looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Ruxpin puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Herschel Mackintosh.
