Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Carlton Smithers (ranked 1771 p4p, 1313 weight class) and Ivan Draski (ranked 225 p4p, 178 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Ivan Draski was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Draski bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Smithers throws a body punch but Draski moves out of range.
Draski ducks under a wild hook from Smithers.
Smithers throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Draski.
Smithers lands with a shot to the body.
Smithers rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Draski moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Draski appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Draski misses with a looping left.
Smithers has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Smithers goes for a small jab and connects. Now Smithers goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Draski stumbles back but Smithers runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Draski to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Draski will ever be the same after a knockout like that.
