Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Antonio Williston! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Chris Maurelli! The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Damien Edna and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Williston misses with a left hand and Maurelli counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Maurelli keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Williston. Maurelli looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Maurelli waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Williston. Williston was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Williston throws a leg kick that is checked and Maurelli counters with a lovely straight right hand! Maurelli uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Williston.
Williston definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Williston throws a chopping leg kick but Maurelli manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Williston fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Maurelli checks it well. Williston fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Maurelli looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Williston throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Maurelli throws out a counter right but Williston avoids it with no problem. Maurelli throws the left hand but Williston avoids the punch easily. Williston keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Maurelli. Williston misses with a body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. Maurelli swings and misses with a hook to the body.

and Maurelli connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Antonio Williston has been cut. Maurelli connects with the punch. Williston bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Williston jabs at Maurelli's body. Maurelli gets a clinch. Williston blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Maurelli manages to pull guard.
Williston sitting in guard, not really doing much. Williston knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Maurelli on the ground. Maurelli is controlling Williston's posture.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Maurelli is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Williston rolls with it to try and escape but Maurelli cranks on the arm and Williston is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
