Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nurmagomedov closes this distance looking for a takedown but Mackaroy circles away.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Mackaroy has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Nurmagomedov is on him like a limpet, forcing Mackaroy back against the cage.

Nurmagomedov has Mackaroy pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Nurmagomedov pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Mackaroy tumbling to the mat - Nurmagomedov dives into Mackaroy's guard.
