Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ewgenju Scorfna (ranked 2694 p4p, 3582 weight class) and Cilli Dinler (ranked 355 p4p, 455 weight class). Dinler has chosen Paperplanes - M.I.A. as his entrance music. Cilli Dinler will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ewgenju Scorfna!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Cilli Dinler!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Lou da Vinci and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scorfna slips a jab and a cross from Dinler.
Scorfna takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Dinler misses with a head kick.
Scorfna takes a kick to the side of the head.
Dinler misses with a body kick.
Dinler throws a front kick that sends Scorfna stumbling back into the cage.
Dinler lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
A solid body kick from Dinler.
Scorfna feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Dinler pulls Scorfna in close to his closed guard and prevents Scorfna from doing any damage or advancing position.

Scorfna passes Dinler's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Scorfna looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Scorfna passes to full mount!
Scorfna working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Dinler turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Scorfna off and cradles Dinler's limp body as Scorfna celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Ewgenju Scorfna!
