Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Crixus The Gaul!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 8 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Myles Ruth!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Chris Dean and Darius Henderson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Gaul throws a head kick that misses.
Ruth throws out a counter right but The Gaul avoids it with no problem.
Ruth is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by The Gaul.
The Gaul scores with a head kick. Ruth tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

It looks like Myles Ruth has been cut.
The Gaul misses with a head kick.
Ruth scores with a three punch combo!
The Gaul scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Ruth cracks The Gaul with an open hand slap.
The Gaul throws a right hand that misses
and Ruth counters with a lovely shot to the body.
The Gaul avoids the body shot from Ruth.
The Gaul misses with a wild combination.
Ruth throws out a counter right but The Gaul avoids it with no problem.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The Gaul lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
The Gaul staying out of range there.
Ruth wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
The Gaul throws a head kick that misses.
It seemed like Ruth was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Ruth has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Ruth connects with a body shot that sends The Gaul's belly button to the back.
Ruth fakes high and swings low for a body shot but The Gaul manages to avoid it.

letting Ruth counter with a right hand.
A decent looking cross lands there for Ruth.
The fighters circle momentarily. The Gaul darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
A jab from Ruth does it's job there.

and Ruth counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

and The Gaul counters with a stiff right hand.
Nice shot lands for Ruth.
Oh The Gaul is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ruth drops The Gaul with a straight right hand, right on the button! Ruth follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Myles Ruth!
