Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, David Millar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Silva!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Gwen Towbar and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Millar looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Silva changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Millar looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Millar tries to roll over but Silva keeps him under control.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Millar throws a nice looking combination but Silva bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Silva shoots in and bounces Millar off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Millar is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Millar is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Silva doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Millar.

Silva closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Oh but Millar is tightening it up a little... Silva has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Silva reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Silva taps out! nice BJJ there by Millar!
