The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hohenthal dives in and grabs Assndrop's left leg, looking for a takedown. Assndrop pushes down on Hohenthal's head and hops out.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Hohenthal has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

That was a close round but I would say that Maurits Assndrop will probably get the nod.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Maurits Assndrop.
