Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jason Sofa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robert Assman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Assman throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Sofa pushes Assman away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Assman gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Assman has hold of Sofa's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Sofa tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Assman cranks the arm and Sofa screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Sofa, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
