Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bill Gates (ranked 4913 p4p, 5384 weight class) and Truman Wise (ranked 551 p4p, 584 weight class). Truman Wise has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bill Gates!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Truman Wise!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gates fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Wise, pushing him back against the cage.
Gates breaks from the clinch.
Gates has managed to clinch.
Wise is trying to break the clinch but Gates is controlling him.

Wise changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gates tries to avoid it but Wise manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gates to the ground. Gates escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Wise throws a head kick that misses.

Wise closes the distance and pushes Gates back into the cage.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Gates bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Wise's guard.
Wise looking to hit a scissor sweep but Gates is one step ahead there.
Gates throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Wise works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Gates's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Wise throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Wise goes for a double leg but Gates avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Gates continues to drive forward.

Gates is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Wise can do to turn this around?

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Gates is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Wise has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
Wise is covering up but some of the strikes from Gates are getting through and doing damage.

You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Gates has the hooks in. Wise is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Gates has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Wise is defending well but eventually Gates manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Wise has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
