Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Eron Saunders (ranked 1481 p4p, 1466 weight class) and Tyson Law (ranked 211 p4p, 205 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Law's choice of entrance music: Country Boy Can Survive. Eron Saunders had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 23 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Eron Saunders!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tyson Law!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Donald Grub and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saunders pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Saunders has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Gym in the buildup to the fight.
Saunders forces Law back against the cage and clinches.
Saunders misses with the head strike.
Law drags the fight down to the ground.
Law thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Law looking for a guillotine here but Saunders defends easily.
Law has his foot on Saunders's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Saunders works his way back into a safe position though.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Law lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Law is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Law has gone for a leg lock! Saunders slips out almost immediately though and dives into Law's guard.
Law throws his legs up looking for a submission but Saunders uses it to pass to side control.
Law is looking to regain half guard here but Saunders keeps moving and retains side control.

Law tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Saunders wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Law is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Saunders off and has taken his back!

Law is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Saunders is defending well though. Law let's go of the attempt for now.

Saunders is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Law gets his way!

Law has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Saunders! Can he survive? No! He's out! Law gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
