The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Patrick Alders and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heimo takes a swing at De Geno's ribcage but misses.
Heimo throws a hook but De Geno blocks it.
A nice leg kick lands there from Heimo.
De Geno misses with a hook
and Heimo counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Heimo throws a leg kick that is checked
and De Geno cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Heimo punishes De Geno's body with a nice straight punch.
A jab from Heimo does it's job there.
Heimo throws out a leg kick but De Geno moves out of range and Heimo only half commits.
Heimo throws a lazy head kick
and De Geno counters with a nice uppercut.
De Geno throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Nice uppercut lands for De Geno. That snapped Heimo's head back.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Heimo jabs at De Geno's body.
Aleksi Heimo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Heimo blocks a jab.
De Geno pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
De Geno uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Heimo.
De Geno misses with a looping left.
Heimo just misses with a punch to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round.
De Geno blocks a head kick by Heimo.
Heimo has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
De Geno misses with a straight right.
De Geno takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Heimo throws a body shot but no joy.
Heimo swings and misses with a shot to the body
and De Geno counters with a stiff right hand.
Heimo is rocked!
De Geno lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Heimo - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for De Geno!
