Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Hugo Loris (ranked 1245 p4p, 1766 weight class) and Louis C K (ranked 138 p4p, 179 weight class). C K is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Who let the dogs out. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hugo Loris!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 20 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Louis C K!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, George Francis and Tiny Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
C K's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Loris connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! C K scrambles back to his feet.
Some bone on bone action there as C K checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
C K gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Loris connects with a leg kick.
Loris lands with a hook. C K tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Loris just misses with a punch to the body.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from C K! But no joy.
Loris pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
C K blocks a jab.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Loris dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
C K uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Loris.
Loris connects with the punch.
Loris fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Loris pulls out of a head kick attempt.
C K swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Loris keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Louis C K is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Loris misses with a takedown attempt - C K sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
C K throws out a counter right but Loris avoids it with no problem.
Loris looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Loris lands with a thumping leg kick.
C K takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Loris misses with a lunging right hand
and C K counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
C K moves out of range as Loris strikes.

C K sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Loris misses the shot to the body.
It seemed like C K was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Loris jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Loris throws a big shot that misses.
Hugo Loris seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Loris stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

C K is rocked!
C K has tried to improve his agility in the runup to this fight.

Loris darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
C K is still in real trouble! Can Loris finish him?
We've been hearing good reports from Loris's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
C K on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
C K tries to get to full guard but Loris has control of the leg.
Loris landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Loris is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, C K is hurt! He's hurt bad - Loris fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save C K from any more punishment! Congratulations to Loris! Great finish!

A very excited looking Hugo Loris rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
Louis C K spoke after the fight, saying 'Back to drawing board, i suck.'.
