The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Penny with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Afro Samurai to score with a decent uppercut.
Penny throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Penny changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Afro Samurai tries to avoid it but Penny manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Afro Samurai to the ground. Afro Samurai escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
