Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kurt Angle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Feder Emeleanenkis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kurt Angle! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Feder Emeleanenkis! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Alan Glass and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Emeleanenkis pushes Angle up against the cage in a clinch. Emeleanenkis throws a knee to the head but misses.
Angle changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Emeleanenkis fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Angle avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Emeleanenkis tries to clinch up. Emeleanenkis tries to clinch but Angle is having none of it. Emeleanenkis will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Emeleanenkis goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Emeleanenkis gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Emeleanenkis has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Angle uses from the top position. Emeleanenkis is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Angle is controlling him. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Angle is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Emeleanenkis is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Emeleanenkis can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Angle controls the pace.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Emeleanenkis tries to clinch but Angle moves out of range. Angle tries to keep at a distance but Emeleanenkis has taken the fight into the clinch. Angle prevents Emeleanenkis from breaking the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A head punch blocked on the inside by Angle. Angle successfully pulls guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Angle is on top in guard.
Emeleanenkis wants to stand but Angle is controlling the position. Angle wants to pass the guard but Emeleanenkis is keeping the position. Emeleanenkis is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Angle has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Emeleanenkis is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kurt Angle. That's going to take a lot out of him. Angle is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Emeleanenkis gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Emeleanenkis tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Angle just stands there and leans against the cage. Emeleanenkis throws a knee to the head but misses.
Angle has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Emeleanenkis avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Feder Emeleanenkis dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Angle misses with a takedown and Emeleanenkis counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Emeleanenkis. Angle has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Emeleanenkis uses from the top position. Emeleanenkis is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Emeleanenkis is looking to stand up but Angle won't let him. Angle might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Emeleanenkis trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Angle pulls Emeleanenkis in to control the position.

Perhaps he's looking to stall. Angle has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Angle is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Angle working for a triangle but Emeleanenkis defends it easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Emeleanenkis trying to control the position from guard on top but Angle is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Angle has Emeleanenkis pulled in close to control his posture.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Angle is working an open guard so Emeleanenkis takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Emeleanenkis wants to clinch. Emeleanenkis tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Angle swivels and escapes. Emeleanenkis closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Emeleanenkis throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Angle blocks it with crossed arms. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Emeleanenkis with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

Emeleanenkis misses with a knee to the head. Angle tries to pull guard but Emeleanenkis holds him up against the cage and eventually Angle drops back down to his feet.

A close second round but Feder Emeleanenkis will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Angle swats away the attempt to clinch by Emeleanenkis. Angle shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Emeleanenkis counters by clinching up. Angle is trying to trip Emeleanenkis. He has hold of a leg but Emeleanenkis is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Angle persists though and gets the takedown into guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Emeleanenkis working for a triangle but Angle defends it easily.

Emeleanenkis takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. Angle controls from within his opponent's guard. Angle is standing up over Emeleanenkis. Emeleanenkis looks to escape but Angle dives into side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. You can see the frustration on Emeleanenkis's face as Angle controls the position. Angle has knee on belly momentarily but Emeleanenkis bucks him off and regains half guard. Emeleanenkis is pressing down on Angle's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Emeleanenkis holds on and takes a little breather. Angle looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Kurt Angle has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

And that's the end of the fight! Kurt Angle showed his dominance in that final round. I think Emeleanenkis has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
