This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the light heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of New York, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 1 losses; Bjorn Akerfeldt! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Montreal, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 3 losses; Pikey Chav! The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Anni Minnemäki.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Chav shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Akerfeldt (0) vs (2) Chav Chav is looking for a kimura but Akerfeldt is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Chav to get the leverage. Akerfeldt gets back to full guard.

Chav stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Akerfeldt swivels though and keeps the full guard. Chav stopping the sweep attempt from Akerfeldt. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Chav sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Akerfeldt's guard. Akerfeldt looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Chav working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Chav working for the choke. Chav has the hooks in. Akerfeldt is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
And that's the end of the fight! Chav wins on points by 44 to 4. A relieved looking Pikey Chav thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it. |
