Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Richie Alaska!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kong Ko !
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Johanna Lukiainen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ko closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Ko uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Alaska.
Ko swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Alaska swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Ko fails with an attempt to clinch.
Alaska throwing a counter right hand but Ko manages to avoid it.
Ko decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Ko working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Alaska's thigh. Alaska counters though and makes it back to full guard.
Alaska has his feet on Ko 's thighs here. He's pushed Ko off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Ko screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
